i’ve been in amsterdam…which was amazing. such a beautiful city, such a crazy place. i now want to live there, only slightly mostly because of the most incredible noodle place i ate at 3 times.
back home now and working on “something completely different” for uni - children’s book illustrations, which i’m really enjoying. deadline is tomorrow and i’m half way done…this is going to be a long night!

for anyone wondering, the doodles
I’ve been posting are from a project based on idioms. there’s 3 because that’s all I had time to do (typical!) and are representing ‘hands are tied’, ‘heart of gold’ and ‘once in a blue moon’. their names are Latin and related to their id… Ligare is my favourite, she’s got a nice face. the finals are pencil, watercolour and gold ink (which is pretty but an absolute nightmare to use!).
